Time Clock → Timesheets → export "Timesheet overview" for the period (all employees). Shifts already known are updated, new people are added.
Yuki / Nmbrs Accounting transactions (.csv)
Financials → Transactions → export for the year (the tab-separated file). Only the "Purchase of services" lines (60200) are used.
HubSpot tickets already stored
New tickets are classified as they arrive. Tickets stored before this page existed are only recognised by company name — press this after linking companies under "Who is this?" to tag them too (they move to "Handled without a PO" on the PO page).
